Terms of use
This page covers using 1dp.app, the website — the problem board, the intake terminal, and the support desk. Looking for the terms of one of the apps itself? Those are their own pages: Cat Sticker Studio · Roaches Eat My Pizza.
1. Using the site
The site is free to browse, vote on, and write to. Don't try to break it — no scraping the board harder than a person would click through it, no abusing the support desk or the intake terminal to send spam, and no impersonating "1dp" or the studio in a comment (the board reserves that name for us).
2. The problem board is yours to post to, and ours to use
A problem, vote, or comment you post is public the moment it lands. You keep whatever rights you had in the words you wrote, and you grant us a licence to display them on the board and to build the app that solves the problem, without owing you anything for it — that is the whole premise of the board. Don't post anything you don't hold the rights to, and don't post anything abusive, illegal, or designed to break the site rather than describe a problem.
3. The intake terminal isn't a person, and isn't advice
The terminal's questions and the title and summary it writes come from a language model reading what you typed. It can misread a problem, and the words it settles on are a paraphrase, not a transcript. Nothing it says is professional advice of any kind — it exists to turn a problem into a board entry, not to answer one.
4. The support desk
Writing to support is how you reach a person, not a bot — a human reads every ticket. We aim to reply within 48 hours; that is a target, not a guarantee.
5. Links off this site
A handful of links go to Cooking Mamam's own site and to the App Store — once you follow one, that destination's terms apply, not ours.
6. What we promise, and what we don't
The site is provided as-is: we try to keep it up and the board honest, but we make no guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using it. Some places don't allow that kind of limit, and if you live in one of them, this section applies to you only as far as the law there allows.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms with a new effective date; continued use means acceptance. You can stop using the site any time — there's nothing to cancel, because there's no account to close.
8. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, where Yosika Life Quest LLC — the studio behind 1dp — is based, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts there. If the consumer law where you live gives you rights you can't sign away, you keep them.
