Terms of use
You paid nothing; we still owe you a working app and straight answers. Here are the terms, in plain language.
1. The deal
Cat Sticker Studio is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own, under Apple's standard EULA. It is free at launch. There are no charges in this app at all: no in-app purchases, no subscription, nothing that renews. Getting it needs an Apple Account, which Apple has its own age rules about.
2. Your stickers
Stickers you make are yours. Post them, print them, start a meme empire — we claim no rights over your cat's likeness or your captions. The app itself, its artwork and its cutout model stay ours.
3. Fair use
Don't use the app to make stickers of people or pets without their (owner's) consent, don't use it to harass anyone, and don't repackage the app or its cutout model for resale. Be normal.
4. What we promise
The app should work as described on the store page. If it doesn't, contact support and we'll fix it or point you to Apple's refund process. That is the extent of our warranty — the app is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or right about which end of the cat is the face.
5. What we don't promise
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost stickers, or group chats ruined by excessive sticker use. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us, which at launch is nothing at all. Some places don't allow that kind of cap, and if you live in one of them, this section applies to you only as far as the law there allows.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with a new effective date; continued use means acceptance. You can end the agreement any time by deleting the app. The stickers you made remain yours.
7. Apple's part in this
Buying from the App Store also puts you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which sits alongside these terms; where the two disagree about the licence itself, Apple's wins. Apple didn't make this app and isn't responsible for it, has no obligation to support it, and handles refunds rather than us. Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary — a sentence Apple asks for, and one we are happy to include.
8. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, where Yosika Life Quest LLC — the studio behind Cat Sticker Studio — is based, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts there. If the consumer law where you live gives you rights you can't sign away, you keep them: this section doesn't take away protections your own country or state guarantees you. We'd much rather answer an email than meet you in a courtroom over cat stickers.
